A number of generally accepted geographical problems, like the causes of acid rains or global warming, can be viewed from different aspects. Like geographers, geography teachers have to introduce students to these viewpoints and help them find their way about in the information blocks thus allowing them to understand and appreciate different opinions.
In order to do this, the teacher should follow the actual geographical events and has to be familiar with the current changes of their environment along with the natural and social alterations.
